Package: £28,000 - £30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
Our client is a specialist Executive Search firm operating across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management and Alternative Investments. Working with leading financial institutions across London, New York and Europe, they specialise in identifying and placing senior professionals into high-impact leadership positions. The Consultants operate as true market specialists, partnering directly with Managing Directors, Partners and C-suite executives on retained search assignment

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of your specialist market and become a subject matter expert
- Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer stage
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
- Conduct candidate interviews
- Work towards monthly targets

- Graduate with strong academics from a leading university
- Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
