Barista / Café Team Member
Tutto Fresco – MSIP Innovation Parc, Baldovie Road, Dundee
Monday–Friday | Daytime Hours
We're looking for an outgoing, bubbly and hard-working Barista / Café Team Member to join the team at Tutto Fresco.
We're a busy café based within MSIP Innovation Parc, serving freshly prepared sandwiches, salads, cakes, speciality coffees and drinks.
This is a hands-on role, so we're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, brings plenty of energy to work and isn't afraid to put a shift in!
The Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing speciality coffees and other hot and cold drinks
- Preparing fresh sandwiches and salads
- Taking customer orders and providing excellent customer service
- Operating the till and handling customer transactions
- Keeping displays stocked, faced-up and looking great
- General food preparation
- Cleaning throughout the working day using our cleaning checklists
- Following food hygiene, food safety and company procedures
- Helping with opening, preparation and closing duties
- Working as part of the wider kitchen and café team

Previous barista or café experience would be beneficial, but attitude and personality are extremely important to us.
Working Hours
Tutto Fresco is open:
8:00am–3:00pm, Monday to Friday
This means daytime weekday work with no regular evenings or weekends, making the position a little different from many hospitality roles.
Exact contracted hours and working pattern can be discussed with the successful applicant.

Tutto Fresco is an Italian-inspired café located at MSIP Innovation Parc, Baldovie Road, Dundee, DD4 8UQ.
We serve freshly prepared panini and sandwiches, salads, hot food, homemade cakes, speciality coffee and fresh drinks.
We're building a friendly, energetic team and want someone who will contribute to the atmosphere just as much as they contribute to the day-to-day running of the café.
