About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Fire & Security Engineer to join our team.This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking to develop their career within the fire and security industry, working across a range of systems and customer environments.
The role will involve the installation, servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repair of fire and security systems. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, while also being able to work effectively as part of a wider engineering team.
We welcome applications from engineers with experience across one or more areas of the industry, including fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, door entry and associated systems.
Key Responsibilities
Install, service and maintain fire and security systems.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive call-outs.
Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
Test systems and ensure they are operating correctly.
Complete accurate service and installation documentation.
Liaise professionally with customers and other site personnel.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
Keep up to date with relevant products, technologies and industry requirements.
Work safely and responsibly at all times.About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced within the fire and security industry.
Confident working on customer sites.
Able to fault-find and resolve technical issues.
Reliable, professional and well organised.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Customer-focused with good communication skills.
Able to complete paperwork and service documentation accurately.
Committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety.
Engineers with experience in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply:

Qualifications & Experience
Relevant industry experience is preferred, although applications from engineers looking to progress their careers within the industry will also be considered.
Relevant qualifications, manufacturer training and industry certifications are advantageous but not essential for every position.
A full UK driving licence is preferred.

Pay: £25,420.00-£76,000.00 per year
