Job Overview
We’re looking for an experienced barista (2+ years) to join our independent neighbourhood café. We’ve built a lovely community of regulars around great coffee, a busy brunch menu, and genuinely warm hospitality. We’re also proud winners for Most Sustainable Coffee Shop 2026 at the London Coffee Awards.
18-35 hours available, paid breaks, free food on shift, great team, and real opportunity to grow into management as the business grows. We’re after someone positive, fast, organised, and passionate about quality coffee and good service.
