You will be working in the Infrastructure Operating Unit on our Anglian Water Project. Through our role in the @one Alliance, we’re helping Anglian Water deliver a £2.6 billion investment in vital infrastructure. From civil works to water treatment facilities, this programme strengthens environmental protection across the East of England - safeguarding water resources for generations to come.
We are currently looking for an experienced and confident Site Manager can complete the construction of a new £30m project, in North Lincolnshire, consisting of a new 10.5Ml reservoir, associated high lift pumps, associated structures, the construction of new lagoons and associated pipework up to 600mm.
As the Site Manager, you will:

Manage and coordinate day-to-day site activities to deliver works safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.

Oversee subcontractors, site resources, plant and materials to ensure efficient and compliant site operations.

Lead on health, safety, environmental and quality standards, embedding best practice across the site team.

Support project controls including budgets, reporting, assurance requirements, change management and cost governance.

Drive project handover readiness, rework close-out and collaboration with delivery teams and operations staff to achieve safe-to-operate completion.
We are looking for:

Proven experience delivering large-scale water projects valued at £30m+.

Strong track record of managing complex site operations to meet programme, cost and quality targets.

Solid knowledge of health, safety, environmental and quality standards in live construction environments.

Experience managing subcontractors, supply chain partners, site budgets and procurement processes effectively.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; construction-related qualifications and knowledge of alliance delivery, CCMS or digital site tools are advantageous.
