We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Room Leader to join our 2–4 years room from September.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early years practitioner who is ready to take the next step in their career, or an existing room leader looking for a new challenge.
What we’re looking for:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience working with children aged 2–4 years
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, nurturing and professional approach
- Ability to lead, support and inspire a team
The role:
- Leading the daily running of our 2–4 years room
- Supporting children’s learning and development
- Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Maintaining high standards of care, education and safeguarding
- Working 30 hours per week, all year round
- One day off each week
