The Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Front of House team members to serve in our day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting the management team, and ensuring smooth service in a dynamic, design-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring a positive energy to our daily front of house operations, ensuring high standards of service and presentation
- Deliver a warm and knowledgeable guest experience in either the floor or bar.
- Develop strong product knowledge of coffee, wines, pairings, and our plates menu
- Assist and support in compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene standards
- Support event service, tastings, and special activations within the store
- Handle customer feedback professionally and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a front of house role within a bar, wine bar, or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of wine (WSET qualification is a plus but not essential)
- Passion for food, drink, and hospitality trends
- Excellent communication and able to work as part of a team
- A hands-on, proactive approach with great attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-concept environment
