As a member of the bar team you will be required to provide a friendly and efficient service within the venue, offering guests a high level of customer service that exceeds their expectations. You will be required to work efficiently and accurately and comply with the legislative requirements of dispensing alcohol

Duties:
- Taking beverage orders and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail
- Satisfying patron requests in a timely manner
- Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons
- Collecting money for drinks served and providing change as needed, checking floats and reporting of any issues relating to cash or credit transactions
- Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers
- Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories
- Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a sanitary environment
- Complying with all food and beverage regulations
- Limiting customer problems by restricting alcohol intake and attempting to curtail inappropriate behaviour
- To report for duty on time and in the correct uniform and ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming
- To deal with any customer complaints in a professional manner and to notify management of these
- To ensure that all reasonable care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, guests and other persons on the premises
- To observe all safety procedures and rules
- To report and where possible take action on incidents of accidents or damage
- To attend all training courses as required
We have part time roles available, with starting pay at £12.21 per hour.
