Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic Match Day & Hospitality Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our guests enjoy seamless hospitality experiences during match days and special events. Your energy, attention to detail, and passion for excellent service will help create an unforgettable atmosphere for fans and visitors.
Duties
- Welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest service
- Prepare and set up catering areas, including food presentation and table settings
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all hospitality areas
- Support with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic cooking or plating
- Handle guest inquiries courteously, resolving issues promptly to enhance their experience
- Assist in setting up event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and catering stations
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant environments
- Strong serving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Ability to assist with food preparation and basic culinary tasks
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Previous hotel or culinary experience is advantageous
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest services in a lively sporting environment
Pay: £12.71 per hour
