THIS ROLE REQUIRES BARISTA EXPERIENCE
Medicine is a fast growing brand yet we retain the core values of being an independent business, with a passion for artisan bakery goods , creating fresh innovative dishes in unique venues across Birmingham.
To apply for this position you should be a hospitality professional with GREAT customer service and strong barista skills. Have a dynamic work ethic , positive energy and a warm and caring personality. We require a min of two years team leader experience and references from a previous employers will also be needed.

- Support/ train and motivate your team - lead by example.
- Create a stunning counter to display our handmade products.
- Look after all customers - generating great reviews and handling complaints effectively.
- You should have strong leadership skills and previous experience in leading fast service and an efficient team.
- Confident with Allergens ,food safety and compliance procedures.
