As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school:

Deliver PPA cover during teachers' planning, preparation, and assessment time

Lead lessons across the primary age range using pre‑prepared materials

Support classroom learning and help engage pupils in their activities

Work closely with teachers to enhance the learning experience for all pupils

Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed classroom environment
To be successful in this role, you should have:

A recognised HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

A passion for supporting children's learning and personal development

Flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to safeguarding

Fully funded CPD courses to support your development

A dedicated consultant with expert sector knowledge

£300 registration bonus (after 30 days if joining from another agency)
