- Deliver high‑quality structural and finishing joinery, including first‑fix and second‑fix works.
- Install kitchens, worktops (including mitre joints), flooring, doors, frames, and wet wall systems.
- Complete tasks within timeframes set by the Contracts Manager.
- Maintain tools in safe working condition, ensuring they remain PAT‑compliant.
- Maintain clean, protected, and organised work areas.
- Provide clear updates to the Service Centre and customers.
- Follow Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other trades and support operational needs.
- Participate in toolbox talks, training, and continuous improvement.
- Travel UK‑wide when required for project delivery.
