As a Chef de Partie within our 5*hotel, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. Working as part of a talented and professional kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and consistency while supporting the smooth and efficient operation of your designated section.

With a diverse range of culinary operations, you will have the opportunity to work across The Glasshouse, our theatrical live-cooking restaurant with interactive stations, The Stables, our refined à la carte restaurant; as well as our central kitchen and busy banqueting operation, gaining valuable experience across a variety of culinary styles and service environments.
We are looking for chefs who are forward thinking during service and are passionate about making fresh dishes every day, depending on what is in season. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn new skills such as butchery and is conscious of using our ingredients to their full potential to minimise wastage.
