Banana Moon Day Nursery in Hamilton is searching for an exceptional, enthusiastic, and motivational Nursery Manager to spearhead our wonderful Nursery. Job Purpose:
As the Nursery Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the Area manager and Director while also managing the day-to-day responsibilities. Your role requires a confident decision-maker, considering both the reputation and financial aspects of the business, all the while maintaining a high level of sensitivity to the needs of children and families.
Your mission will be to ensure seamless operational management of the nursery facilities and staff, delivering a top-quality, well-balanced educational and caring environment at all times. Embracing Banana Moon policies and procedures, you'll consistently meet legislative requirements and follow an enriching education curriculum, achieving the highest possible inspection grading.

Qualifications and Experience
We value your expertise and dedication, seeking candidates with the following qualifications and experience:
A full and relevant level 3 qualification as defined by the Department of Education on the Early Years Qualifications List.
DBS enhanced disclosure within the child workforce sector
Paediatric 12hr First Aid certificate
Safeguarding training and qualification
Minimum of 2 years' post-qualifying experience
Minimum of 1 year's management experience
