Job Title: Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant
Location: Truro (with free on-site parking)
Salary: Competitive + Uncapped Commission (OTE £50,000 Year One EASILY achievable if you are experienced)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (with one work-from-home day per week post-probation)
Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for your next opportunity in the South West? We’re looking for a driven and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly and supportive team based in Truro.

The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including:
- Developing new business opportunities and building strong client relationships
- Managing and growing existing accounts
- Sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates
- Delivering a first-class recruitment service from start to finish
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates and vacancies
You’ll have the autonomy to run your desk your way, while benefiting from the support of an experienced, collaborative, and welcoming team.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role
- Proven track record in business development and billing
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional approach
