We are seeking an Experienced Security Control Room Operator to join our Team to support our Customers, Clients and our Security staff. This will be based in our main office in Cradley Heath.

Rate of Pay:
£12.71 per hour, rising to £13.50 per hour.
Working Pattern:
- Full Time SHIFTS.
- 12 Hours Shifts, 4 On 4 Off Pattern, Day Shifts or Night Shifts, however Full Flexibility Required.
- Potential shift pattern could change in the future as per business needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experienced in a Control Room environment.
- Eperience in the Manned Guarding Security Sector
- SIA Door Supervision/Front Line License.
- Must have own transport.
- Aged over 21 for use of company vehicle and insurance purposes.
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Software.
Essential:
- Excellent attention to detail and able to respond to issues.
- IT literate - Word/Excel/MS Outlook.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience working in a control room environment preferred.
- Ability to prioritise, supervise and manage multiple issues.
- Ability to work as an individual but also as part of a team.
What will this role involve?
- Receiving calls in a customer focused and polite manner.
- Reply to cover related emails from the Clients.
- Ensure Customers are regularly informed of any issues from call progression / to development, through to a satisfactory resolution.
- Provide real time control centre support to front-line security staff.
- Booking jobs onto the in house system.
- Maintain call logs and incident reports.
- Communicate with the security teams via phone and emails.
- Complete Officers Rota.
- Liaise with emergency services when required.
- Complete accurate incident reports.
- Produce written incident reports.
