What You’ll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Handle property move-ins, move-outs, and tenancy deposit administration.
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors, and inventory services providers.
- Schedule and oversee inventories, inspections, and appointments.
- Provide outstanding customer service and manage diaries effectively.
- Assist with landlord and tenant contract renewals.
