About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Property Maintenance Operative to join our team. You’ll work across a variety of residential and commercial properties, handling day-to-day repairs and maintenance tasks.
This is a practical, varied role that’s ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, a problem-solving mindset, and a good base of skills in general trades.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out minor carpentry tasks – e.g. fitting shelves, repairing doors and skirting
- Basic plumbing – e.g. fixing leaks, changing taps or washers
- Interior and exterior painting & decorating
- Fencing and garden maintenance
- General property upkeep and handyman tasks
- Supporting refurbishments and property improvement projects as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting, landscaping, and general maintenance
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload
- Take pride in your work and have a keen eye for detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
