Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Vehicle Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for vehicle repair and maintenance. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of vehicles to ensure safety, reliability, and optimal performance. Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues and diagnose faults accurately.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including engine repairs, brake replacements, suspension work, and electrical diagnostics.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components.
- Follow manufacturer specifications and safety protocols during all repair procedures.
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks using appropriate equipment to handle large or heavy vehicle parts safely.
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including parts used and time taken for each service.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards to promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum IMI Level 2 or equivalent
- Must hold a full manual UK driving license
- Must have use of your own hand tools
- Previous experience of LGV desirable but not essential.

The role is based out of our Thurrock HQ but will involve travel in and around London depending on workload.
We currently have a fleet of 105 Vehicles.
