We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Domiciliary Registered Manager to lead and oversee our home care services in accordance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards. As the pivotal figure in ensuring exceptional care delivery, you will manage daily operations, uphold regulatory compliance, and foster a compassionate environment for our clients. Your leadership will drive quality improvements, team development, and operational excellence, ensuring our service remains person-centered, safe, and compliant. Duties
- Lead the overall management of the domiciliary care service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
- Develop, review, and implement personalized care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Supervise and support care staff through effective leadership, supervision, training, and performance management.
- Oversee medication administration processes to ensure safety and adherence to legal requirements.
- Maintain high standards of assisted living and home care services by monitoring quality metrics and implementing continuous improvements.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies to promote trust and transparency..
Skills
- Proven experience managing care homes or domiciliary services with a strong understanding of CQC regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of supervising multidisciplinary teams in a home or nursing environment.
- Excellent knowledge of care planning, risk assessments, and legal compliance within the UK health and social care sector.
- Skilled in managing medication administration processes safely and effectively.
- Ability to develop innovative care strategies that enhance quality of life for clients requiring senior or home care support.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, families, staff, and external agencies.
