Duties
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests, ensuring prompt delivery and satisfaction
- Assist with food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, specials, and food safety protocols to provide accurate information to guests
- Manage time effectively during busy service periods to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Support with setting up dining areas, clearing tables, and resetting for new guests
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper handling of all food items
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety practices, and basic food preparation skills
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills for handling payments and order accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food handling and preparation processes
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
