We are looking for a reliable experienced driver to deliver grocery products to customers door. We work with SNAPPYSHOPPER. We offer sponsorship if required and meet the requirments.
We will provide you with company car fully fuelled or you may use your own car and we will pay for fuel with slightly higher pay if using own car.
**Areas covered are G21 3ES and 3 miles around.
Duties:
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues that arise during deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns
- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Note: This position may also involve working in a store assisting with inventory management, and performing other related duties as assigned.
