## Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in a bustling restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, possess strong leadership abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
## Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and recipe creation
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food production
- Oversee food safety standards and compliance with hygiene regulations
- Manage inventory levels and ordering of kitchen supplies
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff members
- Contribute to the development of new dishes and culinary techniques
## Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in kitchen operations, food preparation, and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment

Pay: £35,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
