Tradeglaze is one of Lincolnshire’s leading manufacturers of high-quality windows, doors and glazing products. Due to continued growth, we are looking for motivated and reliable uPVC Factory Operators to join our production team.
About the Role
As a uPVC Factory Operator, you will play a key role in manufacturing high-quality windows and doors while ensuring every product meets our exacting quality standards.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Beading uPVC windows and doors.
- Welding uPVC windows and doors.
- Gearing and hanging uPVC windows and doors.
- Reinforcing uPVC windows and doors.
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
- Operating machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Working as part of a team to achieve production targets.
To support business requirements, you may also be asked to assist in other manufacturing departments, including our aluminium fabrication and glass manufacturing facilities. Full training will be provided where required.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Is reliable, punctual and committed to producing high-quality work.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Can thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Has previous manufacturing or uPVC fabrication experience (preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided).
