We are looking for an experienced, compassionate, and flexible Night Care Assistant to join our supportive and dedicated night team.
Night shifts begin at 8:00pm, and this is a full-time position. Flexibility is essential, as you will be required to cover additional hours during periods of annual leave and staff sickness.
About the Role:
As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing, comfort, and safety of our residents throughout the night. Your duties will include supporting residents with personal care needs, providing reassurance, and maintaining a calm and safe environment.

- Experienced in a care setting
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high standards of care
- Flexible and able to adapt to the needs of the service
- A strong team player who can also work independently at night
- Being able to speak Welsh is an advantage
