Accommodation can be provided (Full-Time Only): -
- Single en-suite rooms available (communal lounge, kitchen and laundry facilities - £60 per week rent, all bills included).
- The staff Block has recently been refurbished and is in good condition
- Sorry, but NO PETS are permitted within our Staff Accommodation.
Duties
- Back Office Reception – taking guest calls and dealing with enquiries, using our Rezlynx Bookings System, dealing with enquiry emails, and replying appropriately. Pricing guest holidays and taking bookings and payments.
- Front Desk Reception – welcoming guests to the Resort, checking guests in, distributing keys, taking deposits for equipment, taking payments on check out etc.
- Pre-Arrival Calls - We have started a new process whereby we will be reaching out to upcoming guests to ask if they have any specific requirements and to provide advice in order to make their imminent stay more comfortable.
Hours
- We are ideally looking for full-time applicants, although part-time will be considered.
- Weekend availability is essential. Staff would normally be expected to work one of the two weekend days as a regular, and have the other as a day off. Live-In applicants may be required to work both weekend days.
- Shift times are predominantly daytime based (some examples being: 9am-6pm, 8am-5pm, 10am-7pm( although one of the front desk shifts is evening based, specifically 3pm-10.30pm.
Experience/Skills
- Motivated and friendly Individual with an eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate well both face-to-face and via the phone.
- Experience in a Reception/Admin role preferable.
- High level of written English preferred (for email communications).
- Good understanding of numbers essential (for pricing).
- Experience of using ‘Rezlynx’ (Bookings System) would be extremely preferable.

- Higher rate of pay for weekend work.
