Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial premises, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and communal areas, following established cleaning protocols.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as required.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly to management for swift resolution.
- Support team members during deep cleaning projects or special cleaning requests to meet client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
