We're looking for a Senior Housing Worker to join our team in Aylesbury and help deliver safe, supportive and high-quality services for our customers.
This is an opportunity to play a key role within our service, supporting customers to live independently while providing day-to-day leadership and guidance to colleagues. You'll help ensure our services remain responsive, customer-focused and aligned with the needs of the people we support.

What you'll be doing
You'll support the effective delivery of services while acting as a role model for colleagues and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
You'll:
- Lead and support colleagues in line with service requirements, policies and procedures
- Act as a positive role model, demonstrating excellent behaviours and customer focus
- Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and partner organisations
- Support the delivery of safe, compliant and customer-centred services
- Help resolve issues and identify opportunities to improve service delivery
- Use customer feedback and insight to drive continuous improvement
- Support the management of budgets and resources within agreed parameters
- Promote digital solutions and encourage customers to access services independently where appropriate
- Act as Deputy Manager when required, ensuring continuity of service delivery
- Champion Bromford Flagship LiveWest policies, procedures and values
About you
We're looking for someone who is passionate about supporting people and delivering great services.
You'll bring:
- Experience working within housing, supported housing, customer services or a related environment
- Experience supporting or leading colleagues within a service setting
- A customer-focused approach and a genuine desire to help people thrive
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands
- A proactive approach to problem solving and service improvement
- Confidence using digital systems and technology
