Role Overview
We are now looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Night Packer for our production site in Hayes.
As a Packer, you will be responsible for preparing orders for shipment, ensuring items are packed securely and accurately, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
You will be working 5 days per week between 18:00pm and 3:00am.
Responsibilities
- Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment.
- Ensure that all packages are accurate and damage-free.
- Inspect items to verify they meet quality standards before packing.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized packing area.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and inventory tasks when required.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Prior demonstrable experience in packing, warehouse, or manufacturing roles preferred.
- Ability to lift/move boxes up as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work any day of the week.
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a warehouse/production setting.
