Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and versatile Multi Trade operative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for a wide range of building and maintenance tasks across various projects, demonstrating adaptability and proficiency in multiple trades. Duties
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, finishing, and repairs with precision and attention to detail
- Conduct roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance to ensure durability and weather resistance
- Carry out painting to achieve smooth, professional finishes on various surfaces
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with safety standards and specifications
- Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing
- Plastering
- Vinyl floor laying / Wet Room is advantageous
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete assigned tasks safely and effectively
- Fabricate custom components or structures as required for specific projects or client needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high safety standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, roofing, painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, or electrical work
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used within construction environments
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physical fitness to perform demanding manual labour over extended periods
- A valid driving licence is desirable
- DBS check
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship and continuous learning
