Hoey Parks are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven
Grounds Maintenance Operative to work in the Exeter area. at Springfield Retreat Holiday Park.
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Operative to join our small, friendly team. This is a full-time role involving the maintenance of our holiday park's grounds and properties, with excellent opportunities for progression for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the grounds and properties across our park to a high standard.
- Carry out general grounds maintenance, including turfing, weeding, and litter picking.
- Undertake painting and decorating tasks (preferred but not essential).
- Complete general handyman and maintenance duties as required.
- Carry out a variety of ad hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the park.
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
Essential Requirements
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel between parks when required.
Desirable Skills
- Painting and decorating experience.
- General handyman or maintenance experience.
- Grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
