As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team.
About the Role
The Office Administrator is responsible for supporting the business with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring that documentation, records and processes are accurate, up to date and audit-ready.
The primary focus of the role is to coordinate and administer the company's health and safety activities, making it ideally suited to an experienced, highly organised administrator seeking a part-time position.
Key Responsibilities
Health & safety administration
- Maintain and organise all health & safety documentation, ensuring records are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible.
- Manage structured filing systems for all H&S-related information.
- Provide general administrative support related to health & safety and compliance activities, liaising with internal teams to gather, update & maintain required information.
Risk assessments & documentation:
- Support the creation, formatting, and ongoing management of risk assessments and safe systems of work.
- Ensure all documentation meets internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Incident & reporting support:
- Support incident reporting processes, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and properly logged.
Experience, Skills & Personal Attributes
Experience & Skills (Essential):
- Strong administrative experience in a professional environment
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing and maintaining structured records and documentation
- Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure
- Clear and professional communication skills
