Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estate Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of estate communal areas, ensuring they meet our high standards of hygiene and appearance. Your energetic approach and dedication will help create a welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff alike.
Responsibilities
· Sanitisation of touch points
· Dusting of banisters, balustrades, skirting, ledges and window-sills
· Clean and polish of push plates and glass inserts on doors
· Cleaning of glasswork to front doors
· Vacuuming of carpets in all communal areas
· Cleaning and polishing of lift carts
· Washing of reception flooring
· Removal and disposal of all flyers, takeaway menus etc
· Litter pick of external grounds
· Sweep and clean of bin stores and disinfect when needed
· Sweeping and litter picking of open car park
· Cleaning of gym area and work hub
