Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and communal spaces
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely to achieve high standards of cleanliness
- Maintain janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when stock needs replenishing
- Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning tasks promptly
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines to ensure all areas are consistently maintained
- Support additional cleaning duties as needed to meet facility standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and lifting supplies
- Reliable punctuality and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role
