Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and other drinks according to established recipes and standards
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and efficiently while offering product recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and sales counters to ensure a hygienic environment
- Handle cash register operations with accuracy, including processing payments and giving correct change using basic math skills
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks when needed
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold health standards and ensure customer safety
Requirements
- Previous barista experience or familiarity with coffee-making equipment is highly desirable
- Confidence is 1 to 1 sales
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills
- Ability to convince customers and increase sales
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and customer service
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Pay: £45.00-£70.00 per day
