About the Role
Our client, a respected and forward-thinking law firm in Liverpool, is seeking a talented Breach HDR Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional with experience in breach, data protection or HDR litigation to take the next step in their career.
You’ll handle a varied and high-quality caseload, working on complex breach matters while advising clients on the legal, procedural, and regulatory implications of HDR issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of breach and HDR-related files
- Providing expert legal advice to clients on breach matters, data rights and regulatory compliance
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Engaging in negotiations, settlement discussions and litigation strategy
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the department
- Maintaining the highest standards of client care and professional conduct
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE considered)Experience in breach, HDR, data protection, or similar litigation work
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- A proactive, team-focused approach
