Multi-Trade Maintenance Operative — London
HausenCare is a London-based property repair and maintenance company. We work with estate agents, lettings agencies and block managers, serving a large number of customers with daily maintenance across their property portfolios — plumbing, electrical, general repairs, gas safety certificates and emergency call-outs.
We are looking for a multi-trade maintenance operative to join our team. Both basic and advanced skill levels will be considered, and you will be placed at the level you can demonstrate.
What you'll be doing
You'll attend a daily run of scheduled repairs and reactive call-outs across client properties.
You'll diagnose faults properly, fix them first time where possible, report back with clear photos and notes, flag any follow-on works, and keep your job records updated same day. You'll be dealing directly with tenants, landlords and managing agents, so a professional and calm manner matters as much as the trade skill.
What's essential
- A full UK driving licence — this is non-negotiable, as the role is mobile and you'll be driving between properties every day
- Proven multi-trade experience in property maintenance or repairs, basic or advanced
- Right to work in the UK
- Good spoken and written English
- A smartphone and willingness to use our job management system
- A tidy, respectful approach to working in people's homes
Pay: £25,420.00-£40,022.78 per year
