Footcare Scotland are seeking an enthusiastic, courteous and professional individual to join our small and friendly team. This is a part time, permanent post for between 16-21.5 hours per week.
The successful applicant will be the first point of contact dealing with patients by telephone, email and in person. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, therefore we are looking for a candidate that has an outgoing, friendly personality.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, have excellent communication and IT skills, and will be able to work as part of a team, but also using their own initiative.
Full training will be provided, however previous medical administrative experience is preferable.
Daily duties would include:
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to our clinicians.
- Receiving clients in a courteous, efficient and effective manner.
- Handling phone enquiries and booking appointments.
- Managing email enquiries.
- Some cleaning duties
- Managing mail and deliveries.
- Stock management
