We are seeking a reliable and proactive General Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations across various departments, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Assist with cutting materials using scissors and other cutting machinary.
- Loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper handling and storage
- Support the assembly, packaging, and dispatch processes as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas to comply with health and safety standards
- Operate basic machinery and equipment following training and safety protocols
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or hazards in the workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
- Follow all company policies and procedures diligently to uphold operational integrity
