Job Title: Property Sales Consultant
Location: Egerton House, Towers Business Park, Manchester
Salary: £27,000 basic +Uncapped Commission (OTE £60,000+)

At House Sales Direct, we are looking for a passionate Property Sales Consultant and help homeowners sell their properties quickly and hassle-free. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment and is eager to grow in the property industry. No property experience needed – full training provided.
What You'll Do
- Conduct phone consultations with motivated sellers
- Create competitive offers aligned with company goals
- Secure deals and manage handovers to the progression team
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up communication
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience in a target driven environment
- Brings positive energy and enthusiasm to every customer interaction.
- Driven, persuasive, and resilient personality
- Comfortable working to targets and under pressure
- Eager to earn through commission and develop in the property sector

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:45 am – 5:30 pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays
This is an office-based role. Due to the nature of our business operations, regulatory requirements, and the need for effective on-site collaboration, the role is not suitable for home or remote working.
