Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that drive service excellence? We’re looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to support our Service Managers by reporting and presenting on performance within our NHS services.
Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Service Delivery Coordinator. Part of Acacium Group, Xyla's clinical care team work with over 80 NHS trusts to deliver a range of clinical services in hospitals, the community or virtually. Our services include diagnostic, acute and virtual services – all of which are designed and delivered by senior NHS consultants and operational staff who ensure that national clinical guidelines and operational best practice guidance are met.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
Produce accurate and timely performance reports, dashboards and management information to support operational oversight.
Analyse service, workforce and utilisation data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
Support governance activities by maintaining high-quality datasets and ensuring reporting accuracy.
Collaborate with operational, mobilisation and workforce planning teams to support service delivery and decision-making.

Experience We’re Looking For
A strong administration and coordination background.
Experience using Excel and Powerpoint.
A proven track record in building good stakeholder relationships.
