We're looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to help accelerate our expansion.
This is not a role for someone who simply opens doors and manages relationships. We need a commercial sales professional who can articulate value, build compelling ROI cases and help organisations make confident investment decisions that improve recruitment, retention and workforce performance.
Our buyers are typically HR Directors, Heads of People, Talent Acquisition Leaders and Recruitment Managers looking for better ways to recruit, develop and retain great people.
You'll bring:
✅ A proven track record of closing B2B software, assessment, HR technology or professional services sales.
✅ Experience selling to HR, Talent, Learning or People professionals.
✅ The ability to build compelling ROI arguments around recruitment, retention and workforce performance.
✅ Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
✅ Drive, resilience, and a genuine appetite for winning business and helping customers solve complex workforce challenges.
