Job Title: Mobile Chef Manager
Location: Various Locations across South Wales
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (mainly Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm - Very Occasional Weekend Working)
About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mobile Chef Manager to oversee and manage our contract catering operations across our multiple sites. As a Mobile Chef Manager, you will be responsible for food preparation, presentation, and service at our locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate kitchen teams across multiple sites.
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality meals, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
Execute seasonal and creative menus that cater to various tastes and dietary requirements.
Monitor inventory, manage food costs, and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Flexibility to travel between locations. Own transport is essential. Travelling expenses will be paid.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Chef Manager or similar role, with a background in high-volume catering.
Excellent culinary skills with a passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to work flexibly across different sites with excellent time management skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of food safety regulations (Level 2 or 3 Food Hygiene Certification preferred).
A full, clean driving license.
