Job description:
RJ Build Services Ltd is a facilities management company working across London and the South East. We are looking for an experienced Multi Trader / Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team.
The role will involve carrying out general building maintenance, repairs, refurbishment works and small projects across residential and commercial properties.
The ideal candidate will be confident in a range of trades and able to complete works to a high standard with minimal supervision.
Duties will include:
- Carpentry repairs and installations
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Patch plastering and making good
- Tiling and flooring repairs
- Decorating and finishing works
- General maintenance and refurbishment works
- Attending sites across London and the South East
- Completing works safely, cleanly and professionally
- Communicating with supervisors, clients and residents where required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a multi trader or maintenance operative
- Good all-round trade knowledge
- Own tools preferred
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- CSCS card preferred but not essential
