Opportunity for Contracts Supervisor
Legacy Flooring are currently looking for a Contracts Supervisor to join our team.
This role will involve overseeing and managing commercial flooring projects throughout our various sites in Scotland.

Key responsibilities
- Overseeing all stages of contracts, from site survey and project planning to final inspection.
- Co-ordinating labour, including man management and scheduling works.
- Main point of contact for clients, attending meetings and maintaining strong relationships.
- Monitoring installation quality, standards and ensuring timelines are being followed and deadlines are met.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and professional manner.
- Proven experience in commercial flooring installation, contracts management or similar role. (desirable)
- Strong technical knowledge of flooring systems, subfloor preparation and appropriate installation methos for various flooring types, including Vinyl, LVT and Carpet. (desirable)
- Ability to demonstrate you initiative and be solution focussed.
- Effective and confident team management skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- CSCS Card (essential)
- SSSTS or SMSTS (desirable)
- First Aid at Work (desirable)
- Health & Safety Training (desirable)

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
