Position Details
- Role: Construction Site Cleaner
- Employment Type: Self-Employed
- Location: Exeter and surrounding areas

Duties Include
- Site Build Cleans
- CML (Customer Move-In) Cleans
- Sparkle Cleans
- Plot and welfare cleaning
- Preparing completed properties for customer handover
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation on construction sites
Essential Requirements
✔ Own transport and valid driving licence
✔ Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
✔ Excellent attention to detail
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Professional attitude and strong work ethic
✔ Construction site cleaning experience preferred but not essential
✔ CSCS Card required
Don't currently hold a CSCS Card?
No problem. We can assist suitable applicants by providing revision materials and booking the CSCS test once you are ready to sit and pass the examination.
