About the Role:
With an illustrious history of transforming homes, TEL Kitchens are the kitchen connoisseurs offering a dynamic range of German, Italian, Classic, Contemporary and British Kitchen designs that are ergonomic as well as purist. TEL Kitchens Ltd comes up with the finest approach that combines modernity with minimalism and creates superfluous designs matching the client’s vision and style and reflecting their individualism.
As our company is growing, we are looking for a designer to work with our driven and enthusiastic team of kitchen manufacturers and fitters. The designer should be able to use their in-depth product and technical knowledge to create exciting designs for Kitchens.
As there is a popular saying in the industry, designing a kitchen is like throwing a party, you want to create the mood, get the ingredients right, and make sure there is a flow of people and room to prepare space to dine, drink and dance. The designer should be able to think about how it will be used and who will be using it. Whether it's the dream of a reluctant gourmet or budding chef, or a hungry family of four, we design to reflect these differing requirements.

- Arrange in-studio consultations and home visits to find out all requirements
- Create, present and exchange thoughts on innovative design schemes
- Inspire, excite, and support our customers from design concept to installation or delivery.
- Produce accurate, detailed technical drawings and 3D (floor plans and bespoke joinery)
- Contribute to the creative design direction, with construction and technical knowledge to transform the concept design into a detailed design
- Prepare design proposal presentations
- Update and maintain accurate customer records using various software packages
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout
- Actively contribute to the growth and development of the company
Key Attributes:
- Must have experience of kitchen designing using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
- Must be Punjabi-speaking, as most of our customers are Punjabi-speaking. They should have oral expertise in the Punjabi language and should be able to converse well in Punjabi.
- Proficient at timekeeping and delivering projects to set deadlines.
- Good attention to detail.
- Be a self-starter with strong problem-solving, and communication skills.
