INDIdog Eatery is a busy harbourside restaurant situated in the heart of Falmouth, Cornwall. We are passionate about great food, great hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our customers.
We are looking for an experienced Front of House Server with strong bar experience to join our established team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and understands that working in a restaurant is about much more than simply taking orders and serving food.

The Role
As a Front of House Server, you will be an important part of the customer experience at INDIdog.
You will be expected to deliver friendly, professional and knowledgeable service while working efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
The role will include both table service and bar work, so confidence behind the bar is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional, friendly and attentive service to every customer.
- Deliver a genuine customer-first hospitality experience.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and confidently.
- Have a good knowledge of our food and drinks menus.
- Work efficiently during busy services while maintaining excellent standards.
- Prepare and serve coffee to a high standard, including barista-style coffees.
- Prepare cocktails and other drinks confidently and consistently.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented bar and front of house area.
- Communicate effectively with customers and the kitchen team.
- Deal with customer requests professionally and positively.
- Work closely with the wider FOH team to ensure smooth service.
- Support colleagues during busy periods and help maintain a positive team environment.
- Follow all company procedures relating to service, hygiene, licensing and health and safety.
What We Are Looking For
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a Front of House restaurant environment.
- Strong table service experience.
- Previous bar experience.
- Good barista/coffee-making skills.
- Experience preparing cocktails.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A genuine customer-first attitude.
- Professional and confident manner.
- Ability to remain calm and organised during busy services.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- A positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work at pace without compromising customer service.
