This role is ideal for experienced balayage and colour specialists who want to be part of something from the very beginning, helping shape the salon’s standards, culture and reputation from day one.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-end hair services with a strong focus on balayage and colour work
- Provide detailed consultations and bespoke colour results
- Maintain exceptional standards in client care and finishing
- Build long-term client relationships and a loyal following
- Recommend and retail professional products confidently
- Support front-of-house operations and appointment management
- Stay up to date with trends, techniques, and industry developments
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hair styling and colouring
- Balayage and colour expertise is essential
- A passion for high-end hair services and professional growth
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
- Saturday availability is essential
