Maintenance Electrician – Healthcare Site
Location: West London
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE + Overtime
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
No Call Out
We are recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to join a leading FM company on a large, established healthcare contract in West London.
This is a permanent, static position working as part of an experienced engineering team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a busy healthcare environment.
The Role
- Carrying out electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance
- Electrical fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
- Testing and maintaining emergency lighting
- Fire alarm testing and basic fault finding
- General electrical repairs including lighting, sockets, switches and associated equipment
- Supporting with general building maintenance when required
Requirements
- 18th Edition – Essential
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification – ideal but not essential
- Previous commercial maintenance experience
- Healthcare, hospital or other critical environment experience would be beneficial
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
Package
- Up to £40,000 DOE
- Plenty of overtime available
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
- No call-out rota
